Lessons take place in a beautiful riad kitchen, and the experience typically begins with a visit to the local market to select the freshest ingredients of the day.
Over the course of a few hours, you learn the techniques behind authentic Moroccan dishes — slow-cooked tagines, hand-rolled couscous, delicate pastries, and the ritual of a perfect glass of mint tea — before sitting down together to enjoy the meal you have prepared. Classes are available for individuals, couples, families, and groups, and every session is adapted to the skill level and interests of the participants. What you learn stays with you long after you return home.
